Warranty Corporation Fraud byo/ sending bills and collecting fees for services that are no longer available Mobile Alabama
I have been with this Warranty Company for at least 5 years with no problems then after receiving my notice of Payments due for two vehicles plus Riders the payment was sent in April/2017 and I attempted to contact them with a question, to no advail, and I read a BBB Report thar this Company was no longer in Business.
After continued failure to make contact, I filed this report. I feel this Company had to know they were going out of Business in April 2017 and collected payments with no attention of upholding the contract and in my opinion that is Fraud. My premiums collected should be returned.
