Collateral loan RIP OFF
3 years ago we wanted a loan for our home. We chose this private lender and he wanted payment before his duties and wanted my grandmothers home for collateral. we then wanted to refinance and take grandmothers home off and while in re-financing stage, which he told us he will let us do, we cant pay at this re-financing period, your not supposed to. so at that time, he decided to put a lean on us and evicted us just 1 week befor every thing was closed and settled, because he said it took too long, and he didnt notify us, we had 24 hours for both families. both us and my grandparents lost our homes, at which my elderly grandparents paid off there house. the lender only wanted our homes.
