Ask Berkeley aka Wagner Nutracueticals is a ripoff! Rude, no response to e-mail cancellation, continues to charge! Cincinnati Ohio
My husband called to cancel and they refused stating that he did not make the order. My husband said their representative was rude. I have attempted several times to cancel, but am put on indeterminable hold for several minutes without anyone answering.
I even sent askberkeley.com an e-mail to cancel, but received no response. They simply ignore any request to cancel and charged our credit card. Their way of doing business is poor at best. To anyone reading this, CAVEAT EMPTOR!
