Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
VoiceStream knows their cell service/quality of call is less than adequate they know it and they still sell it ........

I purchased Voicestream Wireless Service, the first week I used the phone the cell quality was crap. The service cuts in and out, when two people say something at the same time (which occurs alot in a phone conversation) it cuts out, you step to the left or walk down the street it cuts out. Sort of defeats the purpose of MOBILE PHONE, don't ya think?

I called right away to complain and they blame Motorola or the SIM card, they say go get the SIM card checked at the dealer, surprize it's not the SIM card. The dealer, he says " the SIM cards are not the problem why does customer care send people here to check the SIM cards" he says maybe its the phone back to customer CARE. I request a new phone they send it right away, same problem poor quality in cell service. I called a minute ago, the customer CARE rep says they send out another phone, "well don't ya think if the phone is the problem you should send me differant model of phone all together" or fess up to your shitty network? OPTIONS: "Well if you want to pay 150.00 we'll upgrade your phone" well " that is not what I agreed to now is it".

BAIT and SWITCH you say? The only real help they offer is for me to either upgrade my phone to the tune of 150 bones or buy out the contract for 200 bucks. "Now what the hell is this" Voicestream is a fraud, their thiefs and I say "screw you VoiceStream" I'm going to my attorney general to complain about you your customer service and fraudulant business. You misrepresent yourself and knowingly sell a defective product and a bunch of excuses for a system that is behind technology not ahead and it will show in your bottom line. STAY AWAY FROM VOICESTREAM they knowingly sell a defective product and blame the manufactures of the phones and SIM cards. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear thea you had such bad service but as a rep and and voicestream customer it is not always that way and yes it can be the sim card and it can be the phone 9 out of ten times it is the sim card dealers do not beleive it becuase they do not get the proper training. customers are too quick to knock a company but the truth is unless you know how the service works and how it operates it is hard to understans why we tell you things. Well, static and call dropping are basically because something is not connecting properly ot the network which is either yes the sim card or the handset itself so the next time your offered a upgrade for god sakes take it you may get a better phone!!!!!!!!!!!
