Voicestream overbill and down right horrible service!
VOICESTREAM SUCKS
Got my very first cellular phone from a friend who worked with Voicestream. Thought it was such a good idea-boy was I SO wrong!
Got my first bill in December. Was 44 dollars. 20 minutes over. Thought well, only 20, I could have done that. So I didn't argue over it. -Payed it-late. But still payed it. Second month "got more" (BULL F***ING s**t) Got my 2nd month bill. Also, when I pulled my jaw off the floor, I called Customer Care. (BFS again!) They claimed I went over my minutes big time! Im talking my plan was for 40 a month. My bill was 395 f***ing dollars!!! That's like what? 2000 minutes over? I'd have cancer! My phone would have to be talking all day and all night! I used it. But not enough to go over my minutes! So I called Custmer Care, guy was a total a*****e. And told me basically to either pay of ruin my credit.
I had no way to pay that! I didn't not make those calls. I was getting double-billed and 1st minute charge as well.
3rd month again, another 195 bucks! Why the hell would I even turn my cell on when my last bill was 400 bucks? I called up and they told me they didn't set up my plan right. So they credited me. It was not even enough. Only 40 bucks, I think. It took about 4 phone calles to get them to actually credit my account.
I had one very nice gentleman help me out about the 70th time I had to call. -Derek- was his name. He discovered I was again, on the wrong plan. So after he did the math. all I owed was 130. I payed 140 5 days BEFORE it was to be turned off. Had a conformation number even. Credited before 5 days. And the stupid f***s turned off my cell phone anyway! Didnt turn it on until I was literally, screaming at them.
I have had nothing but trouble from Voicestream both the service, and the cellular phone itself. During the time I had paid my bill, thought everything was fine, I had an emergency. I had to dial 911. I could bearly hear what the operator was saying, and she could hardly hear me! We struggled to hear one another till the fone dropped out completly. DURING A 911 EMERGENCY CALL!!!!!!!!!! I called back with the same shitty interference, and the 2nd operator didnt have a clue what I was talking about! Quality Voicestream service comming at ya!
My fight with Voicestream is NOT over. Talking to the Customer Service is like talking to a brick wall. It does no good no matter how long/time you talk!
Advice with ANYONE thinking about buying a cellualr Phone... DO NOT USE VOICESTREAM. USE ANYONE ELSE. YOU WILL -NOT- REGRET IT!!!!
