Video Computer Store
We ordered a computer from vc store in Dec.28,1999. They said three to five weeks delivery.By the first of feb. we had still not recieved all of our computer. We called and called customer service they were rude and offered no help at all. We spoke to supervisor after supervisor still no action was taken. Finally around the end of feb. we recieved the rest of our unit only to find that half of the programs don't work. Going on the internet is about all we can do. We've spent more time on the phone with their tech support than we have with the computer. Their tech support is a joke they said that their tech support were experienced and that's a lie they read the instructions off a paper because their tech told me so. The rebates we still have not recieved our rebate we call and call no one ever returns our call and customer service is always very, very rude. We aren't rich people and we paid $1892.00 for this computer none of the warranties are any good no one will stand behind their product and were just stuck with a half working computer system. I wish to change all that. Anyone who reads this that's had trouble with vc store Please contact me jerry-1 @ carolina.net maybe we can altogether stop this shabby company from doing this again. All you ever seem to get from calling vc store is very bad headaches.
