I have heard from some of my friends having the same problem e.g. bills not being mailed. A Verizon rep acknowledge to one of my friends that they had similar complaints from several of their other customers too. Obviously, Verizon is playing some sort of game with their customers in order to charge them late fees & re-connection fees. Besides that, who knows what else they are charging for since most businesses will pay the demanded money on the spot to restore their phone service without even seeing the bill. Obviously they can not survive without phones & they are not left with any recoursse except than paying whatever outrageous amounts demanded by Verizon to restore their service. I hope some law firm will come in front & file a class action suit against Verizon.
