Verizon is scamming it's customers by changing their billing due dates.  My bill used to be at the end of each month, now they've changed it to the middle of each month which messes up my budget causing me to have to make a payment arrangement.  When they do get my payment, it's considered late and I'm charged a late fee of $5, now imagine millions of customers in this situation and how much money Verizon is raking in by changeing customers billing dates and account numbers for no good reason, and when you speak to a representative on the phone they tell you they can do nothing about it, but they changed the billing date in the first place.  This is a huge scam by Verizon.
