Bought computer in August of 2001. Quit working in December of 2001.

Contacted v2premier from December 2001,until August of 2002. Kept getting the run around. They sent me 3 recovery disks, replaced hard drive once and then called us a liar and a thief.

When the tech came out to install the new hard drive he basically installed it and ran out of the house. He didn't even wait until it had rebooted to see if it would work, plus he took the old hard drive with him and lost it.

We then called V2 Premier to report what happened and to tell them that the new hard drive didn't work. They told us to send back the old one and they would issue another one. We informed them that the tech had taken it with him and that we didn't have it. That they needed to to contact the tech company who came out here and see what they did with it.

They then started calling us a liar and a thief, and they wouldn't replace the hard drive again until we sent them back the old one. We kept telling them that we didn't have it but they just kept telling us that we had to return the other hard driv eot get it replaced.

Why would we want a broken hard drive? The tech took it with them so the refused to fix it.

Then August came around and they said that their warrenty had run out and we needed to call the extended warrenty people.

We did and they said that we would have to plug in the model so they can see what the problem is. If it won't turn on how can they see what the problem is?

To us they are a rip off and thiefs who won't fix their computers and or won't return our money.
