Upright construction/ habitat for humanity Humanity for Humanity piss poor workmanship, and Habitat trying to scam the Grant of $1,500.00 Saginaw Michigan
i applied for a Critical Care Home Repair through Habitat for Humanity Sagianaw, from the start, Habitat insisted my chimney needed to be removed, problem is the grant did not cover the cost, Habitat however, deliberatly missworked and minipulated the wording in the grant and disregarded policy and somehow got the chimney removed. Problem one, i was promised 5 repairs, the grant covered all the repairs, the money was in the band, Problem 2, once the money was in the bank, the contractor and Habitat attempted to commit fraud by keeping $1,500.00 to themsleves. 3, i contacted the bank and the bank confirmed, they were not allowing neither party to submit payment for items known not used or purchased on my home.... the bank put a stop to the attempted fraud and as a direct result, the contractor, UPRIGHT CONSTRUCTION allowed unlicesned employees to make the repairs and they are NOT CODE. Habitat who hired the contractor refuses to send someone to fix the issues,,, i never received any documentation about my shingle or the warentee.... I was taken for a ride, while the crew removed my roof, they damaged my gutters behond repair and refuse to fix them, now i have to take the contractor to court,,,, DO NOT ALLOW HABITAT FOR HUMANITY TO WORK ON YOUR HOME< NEVER ALLOW UPRIGHT CONSTRCTION TO WORK ON YOUR HOME<, and if you get a grant through Habitat,,, make sure you stay in the Loop so they will not try to scam you.,...........like they have done to me,,,,,, now because my township building inspector has ties with Habitat,, he will not inspect my home,,, and because the State of Michigan Licensing and Regulatory Affairs department of Licensing and Construction Code have affiliation with HH they too refuse to address my complaint,,, The picture i sent them cleary show construction code violations,,,,,,,, The State of Michigan has too denied my complaint because Their Attorney has sent them a s*** load of false informationand try to form the State of Michigan Attorney General has his head up their a**.l..... FTW,,,, and the System...............

took contractor to court, magistrate awarded me $200.00 of the $900.00 i need to fix the gutters, as far as the hole in the roof and piss poor construction where the chimney was, i am screwed. I went back to court to appeal the amount awarded to me, again the Judge states 1. my evidence supports my claim of damages, however he feels the magistrate did not error in the amount awarded, so i won, and again only received 200 out of the 900 dollars it is going to take to fix my gutters. So i am going to reasearch Rather or not i can sue Habitat,, You see, at the Small Claims, the Judge ALLOWED a Paralegal to sit along side of the contractor, Not to Mention Habitate, NOT ME, hired the contractor, so Habitate as far as i am concern is liable.
