My computer monitor was shipped via UPS from Clemmons, NC to Dodge City, KS and arrived damaged. UPSs response was that it was incorrectly packaged ingnoring the fact that it made four trips covering 25 days.
UPS refuses to honor the insurance that was purchased on the package nor will they reimburse for the cost of shipping. The tracking number was 1zx5w7210310101255.
