Ubid Return Policy is Lacking
Ubid requires you to notify them with in one week of receiving the product if the product is not as advertised or defective. This is way too little time especially when I received the product on the 17th of Nov. and tried every which way I could to get it too work. I notified them on the 29th of Nov.and they are telling me to return it to the maker. I bought an espresso maker and it never could heat and froth milk like it was suppose to and I am afraid it never will.
