Twins Buick GMC Terrible customer service, lack off communication, poor technician work. Columbus OH
I have been going round and round with this dealership for going on 5 months now. With my initial concerns never even being taken care of. Their customer service is horrid! Their techs don't know how to do even simple things. Like installing a tonneau cover, or putting plastic covers back correctly after a recall. You wait weeks for a phone call from them, that never comes.
You have to reach out over and over, leave voicemail after voicemail. Only to be continually given more and more excuses. The only positive experience I had was the day I bought the truck. However that was short lived. I noticed issues after 2 days of having the vehicle. I was told they would make everything right. They almost brushed the issues off like I shouldn't even been concerned. And if I had concerns they would make sure to address them. As well as, making sure the truck was fixed to our standards.
I was within the 7 days of being able to just give back the truck. Which I guess I what I should have done. But I trusted Twins Buick GMC and General Motors to make things right. Now I'm back to square one, as I'm being forced to use Twins to do a repair. A repair that quite frankly I don't even agree with, but will have done to appease GM.
This truck was a brand new 2019 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. The bed and cab are out of alinement. The bed of the truck is what is measuring incorrect, but they want to shim the cab to meet the bed. Which seem to be a incorrect repair. But we are being forced to do the repair in order for GM to possibly complete a buy back of the truck.
However there is no guarantee of them even doing the buy back, after the repair is done. We are also being forced by General Motors to use Twins Buick for the repair. We are also experiencing transmission issues. In which there is a hard shift and downshifting issues.
There are also a few cosmetic issues that we need addressed as well.
