T.S. Card Benefits rip-off Takes money for Guaranteed credit card then you get nothing Phoenix Arizona
On Sep 13 of 2002 I got a letter in the mail saying I have a guarnteed credit card if I call the 1-877 number. I called them and since I was gooing on vacation the next month I thought I would get the card , I gave them a check over the phone for $249.00 and did not get anything from them .
I called them a few times before I took my vacation and they told me thay were backed up with applications. After I got back I told them I wanted my money back they gave me the run around and told me I will have to write a letter saying why I wanted my money back , I did that then nothing for 2 weeks.
I called them again telling them I wanted my money back they then told me it will take 10 days then I would take 10 days then I would get it, then nothing came .I called them back and told them I was taking them to small claims court , they called me at my work and told me the check was mailed and again nothing .Icalled them a few days later and you guessed it no one was there to answer the phone.
So they got my money , my SS number , my back number , that I have since changed . I will tell you who ever reads this if you get anything saying you have a guaranteed card please to not give them any money , take the papers to the Postal Inspectors.
If anyone out there has had this happen to you I would like to get together with as many people that have been scamed so we could take them to coourt or find who they are and let other consumers out there know about them and there evel ways of taking money froom us hard working people .
