Toyota Standard Bait & Switch Operation
The standard practice of the Toyota corporation in the tristate area according to 4 dealerships is to use their website to offer an auto such as the Toyota Celica for sale with or without what ever options the customer wants and direct the customer to the nearest dealer who will not sell them any car without the most expensive option irregardless of any period of time. This is a classic bait & switch operation.
