Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I ordered a wifi/Apple pay product from Merchant services on February 16th 2015 from Darrell.  I received the product on 3/25/15.  Darrell called me 2x to set up before it arrived.  I called Darrell upon receipt so I can set up the product and do a tutorial 0n 2/24th and asked how to run the machine?

When we got to programming the tax rate in, "Darrell said, "he didn't know how to do it and he would call me back later that day."  I never heard from Darrell again. 2/26th I called back spoke to another gentleman that told me, "that it was impossible to program the tax rate."  I immediately ask to cancel, I was transferred to an answering machine for cancellations.  I left a message and agin never heard anything back.

I made a series of about 5 phone calls with a different answer overtime.  3/19th I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was given Michael.  Michael said, "he was going to swap out the system, for a point of sale system like the square, but with a lower rate.  He was just going to make a call and get back to me.  I never heard from Michael again. After adding my assistant to my account, I paid her for 6 hours to try to get some answers, she was told by Paul Phillips (code name for office) I would be waived the almost $500.00 fee and that I just needed to call back,

I called back and after 2 more hours on the phone there was no waiving of any fees.  Only, I don't know who said that! We cannot waive your fee, I'm so sorry.  How can a company use the word APPLE in their product name and #1 have a poor product (that you have to separately add tax on for each transaction) #2 have horrible customer service.

I would like to not pay a termination fee, for something I cannot use.  I notified the company immediately after receipt that the product would be impossible for me to use in my business.  That many times I have a line of people and I don't have time to pull out a calculator and program tax each time.  Unfortunately their agreement looks like a California Real Estate Purchase Agreement.  It seem as they spent big money on lawyers so they can steal money from unsatisfied customers.
