I have been a customer of Tmobile since they were Omnipoint then VoiceStream and now Tmobile. I have 18 different accounts with them, including a business plan with 35 phones. In all Private and business I have a total of 43 phone lines with them. I have paid them on time and have been a loyal customer since 1999. This company Tmobile has never helped us with any item that has gone bad or sim cards when they go bad. All of the other companies have given the world to us when much less has occurred. I have 3 phone lines additionally with AT&T and sprint. When a company has this much business from one customer that always pays on time and is treated this way they do not deserve the business. Recently a sim card went bad and after looking at the account and being shown the years of loyalty from me they didnt budge again and said $20.00 for the sim card. This was the last straw and I will be canceling all of the 35 lines at the end of the year when they all come due. This is a great example of what company not to go with. If they cant be loyal to me with 35 lines and a steady good payment record and a simple stream of revenue for them with hardly a peep from me, then what can anyone expect with a few phones. DO NOT GIVE THIS UNCARING COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS.
