During the first week of January, I ordered 2 custom printed
sweatshirts thru an on-line business which goes by the name "The T-
Shirt Guy". Besides e-mail, I spoke to the manager on the phone,
and he assured me that although the order was small, it would be no
problem, and would be delivered by the end of the month.
According to my bank statement,on January 19th, the $42.00 fee was
withdrawn by that company,using the debit card number I'd provided
over the phone.
It is now April29, I ahve sent 7-10 e-mails & made numerous calls
to the business, and have neither a refund or the shirts! I DO have
an assortment of excuses, and eve initially had several assurances
that the shirts were "ON THE WAY", via overnite mail!
