Last year I got an advertisement from The Player's Exchange, offering terrific savings on vacation packages. After speaking with a representative over the telephone, my sweetheart authorized $698.00 charge to her credit card. I paid her back for the charge. We received a thick folder with lots of offers. GOOD.
Recently we tried to contact them as we wanted to take a vacation near the end of the year. We tried their addresses and phone number with no luck. We have not heard from them. The 800 and 888 numbers do not work. The 407-481-0288 number is for another business. There is a number in the Orlando 1411 directory but it does not work. Then I started calling the other numbers in the package and they did not work. Now I am just trying to get my money back and fear that I have been ripped off.
They promised me three great vacations and a free cruise. We can't even get them on the telephone.
I want our money back. If anyone knows how to get ahold of this business and can help me, I would appreciate hearing from them. $700 is too much for us to lose.
