Ordered one of their over priced FSK Decoders,(DDM-4-P) on jul 11th for total of $89.80 They will not answer email about order, and there phone line is "voice mail" that is'nt even connected.

I hope this report will save others from being "taken" by these "clowns". I'm not done yet and might even drive to the state of Texas to recover my lost money !!

To Texas 2-way; "you can run, but you can't hide".

Help came from The BBB of South Texas, Inc. Alot of people report having problem with the BBB, but soon after Texas 2-Way got their a*s bite they finally e-mailed me about my order !! Here is the mail they sent. Date: Friday, August 16, 2002 06:50:56 PM "email from texas2way.com" wrote: We will go ahead and ship the unit to you. We did receive a letter from the Better business Bureau and I hope you will find it in your heart to retract your claim. You are the first person to have ever done such a thing to us. As for the unit we will ship it tomorrow and I will email a tracking number to you. Another four days went by and no tracking number, here is there reply to that !!Sorry about that Mr._____. I found out after I sent that e-mail we had run out of boxes and I apologize for my tardiness to let you know. We should have them by Monday and on Tuesday I will send yours out first. Sorry for all the trouble. August 20 they sent tracking number and Aug 27, 2002 1:49 P.M. I finally have my package !! THANKS BBB OF TEXAS !!

Soon after filing a report here and with the Texas BBB, I received the following email, "better late than never" ? In the future, you should at least email your customers when order is received and let them know that there will be delays on their orders because of lack of stock, in my case I was never told of any of this ! ( I would, like anyone else, understood this) I understand you are busy, but don't be surprised if this happens again, I am a first time buyer with you, and trust is something you earn not something you expect, especially on the web. Are they going to send a refund or the item now ? I'll be waiting and will update if and when !
