TeenSteam.com trial offer scam

I signed up for a 5 day trial offer at this site and cannot gain access at all. I've sent many messages to them but have yet to recieve any sort of a reply from them. It was only $2.95 for 5 days but it's still a ripoff and I'm very upset by this thank you.
