Teainc.com And BonusClub Co. After accepting my order and debiting my Credit Card did not deliver the product and would not respond to voice-mails or e-mails San Ramon California
On August 10, 2003 I placed an order on the Teainc.com website for two 8 oz. packages of tea. I was immediately linked to the BonusClub Co. web site to complete the ordering information and to enter my Credit Card number. When this was completed, there was an almost instant acknowledgement email sent to me with an order number.
My Credit Card was Debited with the amount of the sale on August 11, 2003.
On August 13, 2003, after not receiving a shipping notification, I sent an e-mail asking for the status of my order and if it had been shipped, if so, how and when? NO RESPONSE.
On August 15, 2003 I sent a second e-mail requesting order status, when it was shipped and when could I expect to receive it. NO RESPONSE.
Also, during this time I left two voice-mail messages at the 925-551-0219 phone number requesting status of my order. NO RESPONSE.
On August 19, 2003 I sent another e-mail requesting order status and stating that if I did not hear from them, or receive the order within two days, I would contact my Credit Card Co. and Dispute the Charges for the order. NO RESPONSE.
On August 19, 2003 I sent an e-mail to Teainc.com customer service asking for the status of my order. NO RESPONSE.
On August 22, 2003 I filled out a Disputed Charge form with my Credit Card Co., and am now waiting for a credit to be posted to my credit card account.
My advice to anyone thinking about ordering tea from this company is: Just Don't Do It.
