TalkmoreUSA slamming internet addresses ripped off slammed & scammed Internet
These people are slamming internet addresses and billing local ISP telephone companies for services never ordered or received. They have several trading names. Altas, Ridley, Talkmore etc..
Our bill was for $19.95 which our local tel. company was told was for an Internet account, but when I rang their billing number, they said it was for a low-cost calling card and two free airlines tickets. Smell scam as soon as I heard it. They offered to refund the bill, claiming it was ordered online. They appear to have a list matching ISP email addresses to phone numbers.
I don't like dealing with crap offers like this and we never got any emails from them, advising how to use the promotion; my guess it hit the auto junk mail box which our ISP has recently installed.
