T-Mobile Formerly Voicestream Wireless - Law Offices Of Mitchell N. Kay ripoff Fraudulent Billing New York New York
As I came home from work this evening I was surprised to find a bill that was from an Attorney's office in New York. What is MOST surprising is the notice is on behalf of a wireless company I have never had an account with.
The name as it appears is T-Moblie, formerly Voicestream Wireless.
I'm not even sure where to start as I have never heard of Voicestream Wireless.It's not even clear from the introduction who the "bill" actually belongs to.
Several things are wrong with this notice. First,only part of my first name is used, a name I never go by.Second, it was sent to an address I haven't lived at for years.Third, why hasn't a bill ever come to me from T-Moblie or Voicestream Wireless? Fourth, why the H*** isn't the number the "past-due" amount is for listed?
It's bad enough that wireless companies get away with incorrect billing......but to file a fraudulent claim? Ok, something needs to be done!
All I know is SOMEBODY had beter produce a signed & dated contract, location contract was signed, date of service, and charges of the service, and the phone number as well a list of numbers that those calls were made to.
I think if these companies were forced to issue monetary payments for valid screw-ups...we wouldnt have these problems. I bet they would give a rat's @$$ about customer service then!!!
