I also was overcharged for the AbSlide I ordered on 7/10/00. I was told I would be charged $49.90, I was charged $69.80. So I got my AbSlide and looked for the number to call to cancel the pill shipments they start sending you (I tried to cancel it when I ordered the AbSlide, the woman told me I had to call later). There was no number and the number on my credit card was the full voicemail box. So now I have another charge of $47.80 on my credit card.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of which Sylmark is a member. They said that they don't get an unreasonable amount of complaints. I think everyone with a complaint needs to start complaining to the BBB, too.
My next step is going to be a consumer complaint to my state's attorney general. I suggest everyone else do the same.
