In early July, 2000 I ordered the Abslide from an infomercial. I paid $49.90 for this product. Approximately 8 weeks later I received my order. I was very disappointed, as it was nothing more than a toy. I wrapped it back up and promptly returned it to the company for a full refund.
As of today I have not heard anything from the company. I have emailed the company 2 times inquiring about my refund. No response. Today I called all 4 of their phone numbers they have, each one of them prompts you to leave a message, then tells you the mailboxes are full!
Now to top it off, yesterday I was charged an additional $47.80 from the company! I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute of charges, and also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest everyone do the same!
