Super 8 hotel, Lehigh Station Rd, Henrietta, NY 14467- Super 8 motel Rented suna suite for 134.52 that night we had bugs coming out of the walls carpet near suna, reported to front dest 2 times and to Ast. Manager that morning. Took pictures and video Henrietta , New York
Last sat the 14 i rented room 152 a sauna suite for 118 and 100 dep We checked out yesterday the 15. During the night I made 2 complaints to the front dest about bugs coming out of the walls around the bed by the suna. They told be it was normal. So I killed what I could saved them in a bag gave them to Jason the ast. Mag anger. I was told this would be taken care of the following day when the manager was there, she was not there never returned my voice mail. I called the corporate office filed a complaint I called 4 times. I want my money back the room was littered with live and dead bugs all in the corners and agains the walls. I took over 30 pictures and video of this. The following morning I awake with puss coming out of my right eye and it became very red. Bugs carry bacteria, virus, and more. They have done nothing to make this right. It is unexceptable, un professional, discussing and for that rate I could have had a different hotel. I want a full refund and some kind of compensation.
