This must be my 20th time I have called, emailed as well as my certified mechanic in Naples, FL as well as my muffler mechanic emailing you... and I see now you don't even want to respond to my last email sent last Friday on June 15th, 2018 responding back to you US AutoParts....  Again, we've provided you with everything that was needed for the defective "bank one" CAT you sold me -- and still YOU DON'T CARE.  I also have your warranty printed out which you clearly did NOT honor and it's on your own website!   You don't honor your OWN WARRANTY PROGRAM!!!  I am clearly a victim here and you know it too!   

As I have informed in my email below last week, I will now go ahead and include ALL emails including my receipt, your warranty information which will be posted on every social media site including the paid sites AND Rip-Off.com and the Better Business Bureau AND Attorney General's Office Consumer's Rights Center to open up a claim here in Florida as well as in your state so that we can inform customers on exactly how you run your businesses at Stylin Trucks and US Auto Parts.   And again; dealing with you people since January of 2018.   

 

I have given you another week to make this right and still NOTHING from either of you either by phone or email.  IIn fact I have given you another month now to respond and STILL NOTHING from you)    

 Hope BOTH of your companies are PROUD on how you treat your customers.

First; the certified mechanic's diagnosis, pictures, videos, comprehensive diagnostic reports (several sent) were NOT invalid.. Pro Auto Electric, Inc has been in business for over 20 something years and has sent in these reports hundreds of times.... The direct cause is on the comprehensive reports clear as day via photo, videotape as well as the code.

 We sent in everything since this past January 11th, 2018 that StylinTrucks needed us to send in and here we are 5  months later still dealing with this.... Why do you think we had all of those email addresses that were attached to this string of emails -- not including the several phone calls made......it's report after report sent.

 Secondly; please see the original order receipt which is from your computer as it's your company to find your part number.   That was the first email I sent StylinTrucks in January, 2018.   

 Thirdly; enclosed see the Cookie's Life Muffler & Auto Repair Center paid receipt for the (2) converter replacements which ALSO includes (2) O.2 Sensors that were burnt out due to the faulty CAT Con.   That's another $202.00 additional I am in the hole for....

 Feel free to call the muffler company as this owner "Cookie" who actually removed and replaced the (2) CATs yesterday June 14, 2018 and has been doing this for over 30 years.   He can advise you further on the CAT defect which is why we needed to remove your product immediately and replace with new.

Emerson,   We are a repair facility. Helping a mutual customer who has purchased the Cats that need to be replaced  due to defect.   I have emailed videos off the requested specific information you wanted .    What more is needed ? A written diagnosis -- comprehensive on all engine components were completed for you and already emailed that to a Shebet.   There's NOTHING else to provide to you; just honor their warranty as it's been months now.   See attached PDF files once again that you have already twice.   Please follow up   Jasmine
