Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I should have seen the clues but ignored them. This company has some of the poorest practicies I have ever seen.

First I called to get the estimate. They came out and did all the measurements. I went to the company to get thier bid for the project and they couldn't find the paperwork.

Once the paperwork was found, thier bid price was right so they were chosen for the job.

The job was scheduled and was to be completed in one day.

Install day came, no installers. I went to the store as they opened their doors and they said they were waiting on a check from the realty company. They never bothered calling the person making the appointment who was now taking off work and waiting on them. I was told the materials were there in the wharehouse but it couldn't leave without a check. I should have known there was something wrong with them demanding money before the job was done. I gave them a check and would get reimbursed by realty company. I was told the installer would be at the house at 11am. I went back and the installer did not show up until 1 pm. The crew worked and got the downstairs finished and stopped. They said they would have someone there at 1 pm the next day to finish. I took off work now for the second day that wasn't agreed upon. The installer did not show up at 1 so I called at 1:30 and was told he would be calling me in a min. Almost an hour later I get a call. The installer did not show up until just after 3 pm.

When the installer showed up he complained about his boss saying he was crazy that it couldn't be done in one day much less two. Then bad mouthed his boss saying the carpet they cut wouldn't work and that he didn't measure right. They asked if I could be there the next morning and I said no I couldn't take any more time off from work. They did the stairs and the upstairs hallway. They also brought a dog to my house and tied it up to my mailbox. Just after 5 pm they said they had to go get more carpet and would be right back, leaving carpet half finished and a roll of carpet and pad still in the garage. Two hours later they still hadn't shown back up and noone from the company would answer my calls on thier cell phones. I also spoke to the real estate company who said they called them saying they mismeasured and needed $800 more to finish the job. At this point my house has been torn apart for days, no bed, no bathroom utilities, and now if we want it finished we have to give them more money.

Next morning I called furious and they said they would come out and finish. I had to get someone else to take off work to be there for them and pay thier missed wages. The installers again brought thier dog to my house leaving it in the rain in the front yard. When they finished one of the doors to the laundry room had been broken due to them removing them and installing them back. Then they were demanding that I come back into town to bring them a check for the install. I told them they would have to come see me when I got home that night.

the bottom floor looked good but on the upstairs you can see every seam. I then found out about the door that was broken. I refused to pay the full price of the install and deducted $157 from the install price for having to pay someone to be there the third day and for the broken door. They threaten to put a lean on the house or take me to court for the remainder of the money saying they do not guarantee anything and that everything was my fault for not being able to be there for three days.

Overall, this was the biggest cluster I have ever seen. Bringing animals to the worksite, not meeting deadlines, lieing, extorting more money to finish the job, leaving while saying your comming back and then just vanishing for the rest of the day. I would highly recommend people shop elsewhere. I went with them cause thier bid was the lowest but then when they added more carpet due to thier negligence in measuring they were not the cheapest by far.

I am wanting to get ahold of a regional manager or someone but have not been able to find any corporate information at this time.

The best I can do is warn people about this company.
