My 17 year old daughter was hit in the head by a display in a Staples Store here in the Phoenix Area. The store personnel assured us her medical expenses would be covered by their insurance. They gave me the information to submit to their insurance company etc. She had suffered a slight concussion and went into the emergency room the following day to be checked out. I have submitted the bills (two ) and they have not paid one of them to my knowledge as I have received several notices that my credit will be bad. I have sent the information to them twice. This occurred last April. It is now September.
