STAIN SAFE / GLOBAL CARE SOLUTION FALSE ADVERTISMENT - CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT Palm Beach Garden Florida
It is definately needs to be action against this company. I have attempted for the last 4 months to have my furniture replaced. This company is not providing the service that was sold.
IT IS TIME FOR ACTION!!!! If you are reading this and have a issue with Stain Safe - please file a complaint with your local State Attorney General Office and BBB.
Here is my complaint with this company.

To Whom It May Concern,
Your company has not resolved the issue with my sectional sofa. It is to my belief that Stain Safe or Harlem Furniture did not properly protect the fabric on the sectional sofa or dining room chairs. I have since re-upholstered the dining room chairs.
I need to have this sectional re-upholstered and protected or replaced immediately. The on site technician stated that his work order only gave authorization to clean the ottoman and left piece of the sectional. He can clearly see that sofa was never protected. Your service is horrible. I have searched several websites and confirmed several customer complaints.
I am seeking this issue to be resolve immediately. There definitely needs to be a class action lawsuit against your company. Perhaps it should start with this case.

I have made several complaints with Harlem Furniture regarding the Stain Safe protection that I purchased for my Dining Room table, and Sofa Sectional. I was advised by the Harlem Furniture representative that Stain Safe will make every attempt NOT to process your claim. She was RIGHT! The issue with my dining room table and sofa sectional has NOT been resolved. When I checked the Consumer Affairs website, I see that everyone is having the same issue with Stain Safe. I guess the only way your company will take action is if the consumers file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! I was advised by the sales person at Harlem Furniture to purchase stain safe especially if I have a child and really what a cream section. I have contacted the Illinois Attorney General office. Will it take a class action lawsuit for your company to take action.. I guess we will have to wait and see.
