This review is posted by a representative group of all Auto Transport Brokers. We are sick of companies like Sonic Auto Transportation Inc. for the following reasons.
1) they drive customers away from our industry by hurting consumeers and stealing their money.
2) they hurt truck drivers because they post fake orders all over the electronic central dispatching system.
3) this fake posting causes many orders to fall out at the last minute (because Sonic actually never had a contract or any authorization by the customer to have their vehicle moved) and this hurts truckers who have to scramble to find one more car to fill the spot lost by the fraud Sonic has committed.
4) Right now Sonic has many orders posted on Central Dispatch with absolutely no contact with the customer what-so-ever. They receive a quote request (they buy leads from a lead provider - never once speaking directly with the vehicle owner) and they post the load on the dispatch board because they know the customer needs to move their car. They act as though they have the authority to move the vehicle. At this point in time they have only been in business for 3 months! Do you want a rookie company like this choosing a carrier for you? Hell NO. They have Zero Experience.
5) They post the loads without your permission because they know if you researched their company you would never go with a company with so little experience.
6) Companies that change their name often do so because they commit fraud and the negative reviews force them to change their name. Go with a company with a long term history of quality A+ rated service with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Sonic is not one of those companies. They are California based and after seeing what we see in 2020 we know to steer clear of idiot companies that vote like the idiots in California vote!
