I have paid my bill consistently on time . They have done work on my car before. with the same mechanic. They refused to pay for a trans stating that if they did it would be like giving me a new car.They used all kinds of excuses. Like My mechanic is not licenced. I did everything I was suppose to. they denined my claim. my car is sitting in the Cottman transmission buliding, still. They have tried to make them do the right thing.My car is needed as I said before I can not walk very far .Also I have a very sick Mother who depends on me, Hospital visits grocery shopping an so on.She is 88 years old.In the begining to keep my bussiness they offered free oil changes for a year.I usedit once only because no one would except them without payment up front. Plus the car dealership took all day to change the oil .So I got the oil changed By my mechanic at my expience.  praying some one can help.I am going to try again on Monday after the Holidays try talking to a Superviser or some one in authorty to maybey do the right thing. Thank you for at least having some place People like me can tell what is happening.
