If you live anywhere near the Skagit Ford Subaru Dealership In Burlington. Do not have your vehicle serviced there. They let the Techs charge on the work tickets whatever they want for labor. The service writers and the service manager Rob Hall could care less. If you compare the labor cost estimates against what other shops charge. You'll see how much more they are ripping you on your labor fee. Your also paying between %100 to %125 mark up on the parts.

I know this because I worked there as a tech a short time. I would do the estimate by the book. And the Service Writer or the Manager would bump up the hours on it. Some of the other techs are honest, but to afraid to take a stand and say anything. I did, and they saw what happen to me.

I quit after only a few months there as after I reported what was going on. I was starved for work, so my paycheck was half what it was. As they pay you by the job, not the hr or salary. And I was harrased by the Service manager, and other techs and Service writers. The service Manager Rob Hall and his service writers Tony and John are all in this togather.

I thought the manager was there to prevent this, guess I was wrong?

Beware of that Dealership, and if you go there after this warning! Then I guess you just don't care what your paying for your car repairs.

Ford motor company needs to do an audit on the warrant claims. They are also replaceing parts that are not faulty just for the work. I plan to report this to Ford Motor Company to in hopes they will bust them for warranty fraud.

And shop around before buying a car there too. As the Used cars are polished up to make it off the lot, or until the limited warranty is up. Then they fall apart and your stuck with a $500.00 car thay you paid way to much for that does not run.

The owner I find to be a nice guy. But he is blind to what is going on I guess. He needs to fire his managers and service writers and start over. And do it soon, before Ford Motor company does do an audit and shuts him down!

Go to any other Ford Dealer in the Area, but Not Skagit.
