We are being ripped off also by the VC Store. We ordered a new computer and received nothing but a monitor. It has been months since we placed the order but still nothing. We have tried calling 15 times and been put on hold for 165 minutes.

My husband kept sending E-mails to them to no avail. At that time they responded by sending us an E-mail stating that "the one he ordered was no longer available" but they would send us a different one. We didn't want a different one. We wanted our money back.

We called our credit card company and told them the story about VC Store and advised them that we had not received the merchandise and it was currently in dispute. We were advised to fill out the Billing Rights on back of statement and fax it to them, which done immediately.

VC Store also stated on their E-mail that they would send us FedEx labels. They didn't send it FedEx. It was sent UPS. Anybody can get FedEx labels.

I plan on reporting this to the Better Business Bureau in Pennsylvania and Missouri along with the Attorney General of both states. I will also report them to the Federal Trade Commission, AT&T cable, Chamber of Commerce in Pennsylvania, consumer affairs, WGN-TV and our Missouri Congressman.

George Cappell should be indicted for the following: defrauding, cheating, fleecing, tricking, theft and deception.

I keep meticulous records and will continue to do so until this matter is resolved.
