I walked in to the scaumburg lincoln mercury with the intent of buying a car. I was approached by a young salesman by the name of George D. Bugasch. I noticed a couple of scratches and a ding on the vehicle, and immediately began negotiating. At that time it was agreed that the damages would be repaired on the following friday. I was then approached by another salesman named Vito, who finished the deal.
After everything was over, I told goerge I would be coming back on friday to get the damages fixed. I know vito heard this because I said it in front of him. I showed up on friday and the manager refused to fix my car. When Vito was asked, he said he knew nothing about it! George said "there is nothing I can do about it". It would have cost them $50.00 to fix my car. I STRONGLY advise anyone who is looking to buy here to take their buisness elsewhere. These people are scammers and rip-off artists with no sense of how buisness is done. They dont care about any of their customers. They will lie straight in your face, and leave you hanging. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
