Please provide some details as to why you consider the vehicle to be unsafe and unfit. Perhaps you can get to the point without posting another verbose response.

 Hey Enstein, I know exactly how a Class Action Lawsuit works!!! Hence the portion towards the end of my report, asking "anyone reading this to come together" & "let's get the ball rolling"!!! What did you think I was talking about??? You don't think I'm going to be reading similar complaints about you Gary, or other reports on & about Scanlon Lexus in the near future??? Do you think I'm NOT going to contact these people once I do??? & you have the nerve to talk down to me as if I'm the one who is stupid??? Take a look in the mirror Gary Fuller!!! You also seem very versed on how the B.B.B. works, as do I Einstein... hence the term "Politics"!!! What do you think Politics in "quotes" means??? And how dare you assume that I was trying to " pull the Military Card" in my report, Sad... Very Sad!!! Was that pathetic attempt to discredit myself as a Serviceman, while justifying Scanlon Lexus & yourself for cheating people supposed to give you any leverage of some kind in this matter??? Here's a fact check for you Gary!!! As of Wed. July 11th 2018, the U.S. Justice Dept. unveiled an Anti-Fraud Task Force intended to "deter fraud"!!! Now the rumor around this office is although they have yet to include an "Automobile Division" & are in the works of Creating a "Military Division", there's no harm in my printing out copies of our conversations pertaining to this matter & getting a headstart on filing my claim against Scanlon Lexus & most of all... Gary Fuller!!! My advise to you is, DO NOT respond to this!!! You have already damaged your character & since you are speaking on behalf of Scanlon Lexus, you are damaging their reputation as well (as if they need your help in that department)!!! & not to mention, you will only be giving me more material to use against you... Einstein!!!

 Hey Einstein, why do you think I want to return the vehicle?!?!?! Scanlon Lexus (& yes YOU Gary Fuller) should consider opening up a Lemonade Stand instead of trying to run a Car Dealership!!! But I thank you for the "Tutorial" on how the process works on returning a vehicle, it's great to to know that Scanlon Lexus intends on allowing an unsafe, unfit vehicle back into circulation & back on the road via Auction (your words NOT mine!!!). Maybe you just ousted yourself & inadvertently just revealed where this heep came from in the first place, an Auction!!! By openly admitting you intend to resell the vehicle (safety issues & all), knowing that another person will end up with it (perhaps another dealership first) says everything about how Scanlon Lexus prefers to operate their business!!!

You clearly have no idea of the requirements of a class action. A class action requires a large group of victims of fraud or negligence resulting in bodily harm or financial loss. Nowhere in your complaint did you actually state the reason you want to return the car.

 First off, there are no "politics" involving the BBB and all their BS! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body. The BBB, no matter how hard they try to DECEIVE you, is NOT part of ANY law enforcement body. The BBB-BS has ZERO POWER to do anything! The ONLY purpose of the BBB-BS is to SELL their PHONEY accreditations and PHONEY ratings to any business which wants to BUY it. Many businesses will BUY their PHONEY rating, continue to scam the public and hide behind the BBB-BS. If this dealership BOUGHT their PHONEY accreditation, they become a BBB-BS customer and as such, the BBB-BS will NEVER side with you with any complaint. Secondly, if you think surrendering the car as a voluntary repo is going to resolve whatever problem you have, you are DEAD WRONG. That is considered a repo and you are STILL on the hook for the contracted amount of the deal. The car gets sold at auction, and YOU are on the hook for the remainder and will probably be sued. It is incredible, you as a Navy man would even consider such a stupid action! Perhaps you should do some thinking about how such an action would affect your military record! Finally, all this has absolutely NOTHING to do with you being in the Navy to begin with. They did not single you out for whatever you think they have done just because you are in the Navy. Playing the military service card to get sympathy is nothing less than a sorry insult to active duty and veterans who have worn the uniform.
