Sav-On Carpet Cleaners ripoff poor workmanship, lack of professionalism, false guarantee, won't return calls, won't take responsibility Phoenix Arizona
My husband and I hired SAV-ON to come and clean our carpets. They told us that if we did not purchase the sanitizer in addition to the cleaning that they would not guarantee their work so we bought. $157.00 (for three areas) and 2 days later all the spots came back and our carpet looked like it hadn't even been touched.
I tried for over a month to get in touch with a manager, because everyone that answered the phone said that there was nothing they could do and that a manager was not in at the time. They said they would let a manager know and that someone would return my call. No one did.
Finally my husband reached a manager and he said that he was sorry he never got any of the messages. He said they would be back out to take care of the problems at 9 a.m. on Saturday and assured my husband that they would do the job to his satisfaction.
On Saturday 9 a.m. comes and goes and still no SAV-ON. My husband calls and the person who answered the phone told my husband that they did not have any appointment listed for us. My husband was trying to explain that the manager had set it up and had called to reconfirm it on Friday and the person on the phone got rude and hostile towards my husband . My husband asked several times that a manager call him a.s.a.p. and the person on the phone got nasty and so my husband hung up.
Well, someone called my husband shortly after and proceded to cuss him out over the phone - dropping F bombs with children in the background. My was so unnerved and uneasy with the situation that he did not want them coming into our home with just me and my baby here so he told the guy cussing him out to just forget it.
Three hours after all of this took place a workman for SAV-ON was at my door saying that he was there to clean my carpets. I sent him on his way and locked the door.
I have NEVER in my life seen such a lack of customer service, lack of professionalism and poor work quality. Never have I heard of a business owner cussing out a customer and not standing by their work - especially considering how much they charged us. I have a feeling that is the only way they make their money is by charging an arm and a leg for the first visit because I doubt they get any repeat business.

Im so sorry to here this but we are Savon home improvement and we are not in phx , i wish i could help , lots of companies try to say there us. We have an a plus at the BBB.Once again ,im sorry to here about this but this is not us.
