Ryan Homes NVR false advertising basement Columbus OH
Ryan homes new development in Columbus called ashton point floor plans say "an unfinished basement is included" and the plans show a basement but when i called the sales office they said there are no basements!
the homes are all built on slab foundation! the floor plans are deceptive and false advertising and should be removed. Buyers think there is liveable square feet or storage space that doesn't exist. Apparently homes by this builder that do have basements are in a different city and cost 20% more!!!
