Ryan Homes clueless and incompetent Baltimore Maryland
Ryan homes make promises that they never intend to keep and obviously don't care one way or another.
Our home was scheduled to be built and ready by December of 2002. This date stretched to January and then February and now may go to March.
Currently, we are set for our third settlement date which still may not happen since they have yet to obtain signatures for the houses U&O. The county (Cecil since the house is in Perryville), states that they have no plans to give these signatures since Ryan has yet to order them. This was told to us on the date of the second settlement appointment. Ryan Homes stated that they typically will close a loan even if they don't have all the inspections done.(This sounds a bit shady and dangerous!)
As of this date 2/26/2003, I still wait to move into my house since my old house has been sold since January.
