i am writing to report that I am an ex Roto Rooter sewer solution specialist for the NYC branch 128. I was told to sell any and all work even if it was not justified. 3/4 of the work sold was a fraud. When I called corporate to report that I was complict under duress from my boss to basically ROB customers they did a baloney investigation that went nowhere.
Not only was I forced to sell unnecessary work to customers if I wanted to stay employed, While the excavation crew would cause more damage to create more work.
