Complaint Review: Roto-Rooter - Doral Florida

This company is a bunch of scammers and they’re full of tricks do not let them in your house, if they offer to do any work claimin the insurance okayed it (they went as far as faking a call to insurance co in front of my parents to fool them, no speakerphone of course) just know that it’s a bold face lie and they’re going to make you sign a satisfaction letter before you even knowing what they’re actually going to bill you directly.

I knew they were up to no good when they were trying to do work on a room of the house that had no damage at all which I refused, they are now suing my parents for $15,000, keep in mind I live in tiny house 3 bedrooms 2 baths. When they were billing us I requested a itemized invoice explaining The amount, Which they never provided. Now on the papers that they provided the court it’s a bunch of frivolous charges including a $30 for a medium sized cardboard box?

In addition the original amount of the bill was a flat number in court papers it’s a more tabulated number basically the total amounts don’t match major indiscrepancy And I’m not referring to the 5k that they’re adding to the total to cover their "attorney fees”. Even though one of the rooms was already dried they decided to leave one of the fans an extra day after four days and now in the court papers I now realize why is because they add additional charge for a day over five days. Something that once again they didn’t mention while they were doing the work, they’re extremely shady please watch out for these people.

They will ruin your life and they have no scruples their employees just look like thugs Tattoos everywhere bad attitude they pretty much trashed a lot of my possessions they just grabbed a bunch of Of our belongings just threw it all in a bunch of black Garbage plastic bags and then threw it all in a nasty storage pod which after we bring Our belongings back inside all smell like it was in a trash container. Alot of belongins had to be discarded thrown away including a mattress that we were paying on credit for $1000 which we had to replace for a cheaper one because at this point we maxed out a credit having to stay at a cheap hotels just to have a toilet and a shower every now and then.

For almost a year we lived without proper access to a shower, something unfamatheble prior to this situation we saved up to hire a real plumber since there so call plumber did not fixed anything he simply cut the water line off completely cause he simply wasn’t a real plumber and could not fix it. Now rr got the nerve to Charge insane plumber fee specially when they actually didn’t fix anything and we had to spend an additional $1500 on a real plumber to come by and actually fixed What they are now claiming they fixed on court papers of the lawsuit the filed against us.

I receive 50 pages of made up charges that are fake completely ridiculous these people are out of hand, again do not allow rotor router employees any of these people inside of your house they are complete scammers they’re notPlumbers and they they are out to scam elderly People with overinflated non-upfront bait and switch tactics that will make you regret ever falling for their fake reassure meant of you have nothing to worry about the insurance paying for it.

Boycott this company what they’re doing is beyond evil. Ps: to whoever responded with that copy and paste response I’m not emailing you anything, you already suing us and took this matter to court, we got our lawyers too, you’ll deal with them soon, this comment is not for you to try to look into anything as this a court matter now, this review is a heads up; a scam alert to warn other potential victims (specially the elderly) of your company and employees shady tactics lies scams and discrepancies before they get scammed the same way, least they’ll know the jig is up when your employees try to pull out that satisfactory letter to be signed before even disclosing costs or seen the bill or work being completed .....shame on all of you taking advantage of the elderly...
