Do Not Buy a vehicle from Roadmasters. They are not honest about their vehicles. I bought a 2007 Ford Edge in the middle of December 2012. Right away I noticed that the radio has some sort of loose connection where the bass cuts in and out.

Then a couple of months later other things started to go on it. The A/C blower motor works when it wants to and when driving the car, it feels like it's continuously bucking down the road and now the front tire clicks like the bearings are going bad or something.

Their so called "mechanic" test drove the car and wouldn't listen to a thing that my wife was telling him. All he had to do was drive the car normal and he would feel what it was doing. Instead he kept flooring it and telling my wife there's nothing wrong with the car. Who the hell drives a car constantly flooring it everywhere?

When they got back to the shop, the "mechanic" hooked the car up to a computer to find out if it would read any codes. Of course, without the check engine light on, it didn't pick up anything. He continued to tell my wife " If it ain't broke, don't fix it"

I've put plenty of money into the vehicle (trial and error) to fix the problem. I changed the transmission filter, changed the spark plugs and even drained the gas tank(only because they thought I had water in the gas tank)

Now, on that note, we are giving them their POS vehicle back and now they can deal with the problems before another clueless customer buys it. Do not buy a car from Roadmasters even if the Carfax checks out.

Did the car come with a warranty?  If not, you bought it "AS IS" which means YOU will pay for all repairs.  Then you come up with this gem of a statement that you are going to give back the car, as if that is going to hurt them.  I guess you wanted to sound like a big man in front of your wife.  Guess what...we'll see how much of a big man you are when you get hit with the demand for the rest of the contracted amount of the price and if you ignore that, the following lawsuit!
