I looked at a 1992 Doge Caravan with 163000 miles on it at a used car dealer Riviera Motor Cars, Inc.

After I had gotten home I called them to get the VIN No. so I could check it on carfax.com to see if there were any problems with the vehicle. I did write down a wrong number so I could not check on the car. I call back to Riveira and talked to a secretary named Joyce as I was told is her name. She ask why I wanted the VIN and when I told her, she laughed at me. This to me was not only an insult but very unprofessional on her part. I did call back and talk to supposedly the owner wife who made up all kind of excuses and never even offer to have Joyce apologize for her rudeness.
