Recently, after 5 years of my ex-husband Richard Keith Fisher Jr. not seeing his daughter or paying child support (only $240 a month) my husband adopted her.
However, Mr. Fisher still owes over $3500 in back support plus interest. I would like the money so I can put it in a savings for my daughter Caitlyn.
