Darlene East is in the business of attempting to scam individuals by promising funding for your business or projects. She will ask you numerous times for upfront fees and then never produce results. She currently has some marketing out there on alignable representing that her business helps people find funding and that she is also a life coach. Neither of these are true. She is an elderly individual living off of the upfront fees she scams from clients.
Any document that she produces to "prove" she is legitimate is fake. She will warn you never to speak with her funding sources and that is because she is the controller of the situation...but once the veil is pulled back and you do call her sources...they say they have never met her or are not doing business with her. Her lending sources are not real. They are either in Nigeria or Africa..somewhere outside the US. They are not legitimate investors or lenders.
Ultimately she attempts to gain access to your company assets and business contacts in an effort to bypass you and go direct to your sources. She attempted to use our real estate assets as collateral in an attempt to gain funding for her own personal benefit. It doesn't matter if she signs an NDA or any other document that would potentially protect your business and information...she will go around either way.
She is not and has never been a licensed broker and therefore has no legal right to attempt to raise capital for any business. The Rehma Investment Solutions, Inc (Nevada registration) was permanently revoked and neither of the other two business names she uses are currently registered with the correct state agencies.
If you get a call from this gentleman, Kent Ackerman...be cautious as he is in leagues with Darlene East and her fraudulent business dealings as well.

On April 30, 2018 we were made aware of a past business associate and potential client posting a complaint on ripoffreport.com about us. Upon reading what was written we both were astonished how easily someone can use social media as a tool to spread inaccurate information and attempt to tarnish our individual reputations simply because things did not turn out the way he wanted them to turn out. We both made individual decisions to walk away or refuse to provide funding because what we saw in him as a person and the experiences we had working with him. His quick to temper approach, his poor communication skills, and poor work ethic convinced us that eliminating him from our professional and personal lives was the best thing to do. Of most concerning to us was his consistent disrespect to people when they did not agree with him. It took us over 8 months to finally decide to address the complaint knowing we had done nothing wrong and the statements in the complaint were not true. Our first reaction as Christians was to “rise above” and not give him the satisfaction of arguing and disagreeing.
Both Darlene East and I can provide personal references proving that the statements made in these complaints are not true. Our references come from our multiple years of working with experienced real estate agents, general contractors, engineers, fellow investors, lawyers, and even private investigators. Everyone who had contact with this individual would pull us to the side inquiring why we were aligned with him. In all cases our references will state he is dishonest person who is quick to anger and prone to violence who is incredibly rude and treats most everyone with no respect. Each of these references will gladly provide testimony to prove these complaints a fabrication.
We feel most people are savvy enough and intelligent enough to know most of what is posted on the internet is trash and total fabrication. Often it is the case the individual did not get what they wanted and looks to blame others when things do not go right. This is exactly what has happened here. We both welcome an opportunity to talk about these complaints. We would much rather have open and transparent personal conversations with anyone concerned.
After almost a year of ignoring these complaints we decided to finally write this rebuttal after several affluent and successful business associates made us aware of their concerns after reading these complaints. As two Christian business people who aspire to fulfill a humanitarian calling by providing for the less fortunate throughout the world these accusations are contradictory to our beliefs. Our goal is to create long lasting “fixes” to the worlds housing problems as well as create a program that has long lasting impact. We believe in P.E.A.C.E which stands for Provide, Educate, Assist and Accommodate, Care, Effectively. We live our lives with the values of integrity, transparency, respect, and honesty and strive to help others and have a “pay it forward” approach to our business. Those who know us know this to be true.
God created those who hurt us. He has a good plan for their live. He knows the “why” behind their destructive behaviors. He knows the lies they believe about themselves. He knows what stands in the way of their wholeness. He is a Shepard who pursues every sheep that wanders away from all He offers.
God has given us clear instructions to bless those who curse us and pray for the people who mistreat us (Luke 6:27-28). Jesus modeled this pure love for us on the cross, and when He washed Judas’ feet knowing he was going to betray Him.
