RE-MAX OMEGA -Manchester NH ...Don't trust them!
We knew we wanted to live in central NH we had a wish list and a price in mind and were approved for a mortgage . We had some trouble with our selling realtor in Massachusetts Prudential reality agent Carolyn . During the sale of our home which we needed for the purchase in NH she changed the price on the web and in the state wide newspaper without our permission we asked for a new agent who failed to sell the house in 3 months time.
Her computer classes and forgetting her cell phone caused us to drop the agency immediately. That night we had the top selling agent come at a time convient for us and sold the house 11 days later at a higher price in a bidding war . She made our dreams come true until we got to NH all moved out and every household item in trucks or storage .
The day before we were to close on a property in Goffstown with RE-MAX Omega our lender ordered a last minute septic inspection as the promised city water hadnt been connected yet and the inspection failed 4 times. Our Agent at the time Jim knew alot more about septic then we did and he didnt insist it be done with the initial included septic .
The seller refused to refund our deposit and our agent took a step back and covered himself and the sellers agent . We spent 5 weeks in a hotel and found an apt.PHONE CALLS BEFORE THE MOVE AND HOTEL PHONE CALLS. Because of Jim we lost over 4000 dollars part of what we needed for our downpayment.
It took us along time to try and trust again and finally found a more then perfect home bigger and not only an agent but a friend. Re-Max Omega was to blame for our son missing 5 weeks of school , our mail stolen by the sellers as public services billed that adress .
They let our inspection fee go to waste and we paid for 5 weeks storage fall clothing for the children and lost interest and lender fees lost once the expiration date came . Re-Max Omega will sell you a swamp and will have the bank meet you at thier office to do so.
