Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

First, I’d like to express that this was a high-pressure sales pitch to attend a training session. If we didn’t sign up and pay immediately, we would lose the opportunity to attend in our city. Three of us did so. All 3 of us regretted it and tried to cancel with RD Training Systems. All of us have had major issues getting our funds back from our banks.

We had not been able to research the company ahead of time. Once we did, we realized what a SCAM they are. We were unable to find any real testimonies of happy clients beyond the ones they provided. We tried reaching out to our online communities to see if anyone had attended and actually gotten any value from it but most people had neither heard of it or were very dissatisfied. We found multiple reports of unhappy realtors who had either tried to cancel and not been able to or did attend and were not satisfied with the training and services provided. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for their abusive and misleading practices.

No other conference I have signed up for has ever been so difficult to cancel or deal with. Any other training, if canceled ahead of time, would issue a refund and not force me to go through this. This is simply a way for them to keep our money.

They took a survey, asking for information about my business, but did not provide anything further after that. I asked to cancel my attendance on 04/12/2018 via email. They replied with how it cannot be canceled, that they could send me the materials or that I could attend and see how I felt after. I could not attend at all and did not wish to transfer to another date.

They attempted to send materials to me via FedEx which I refused. They claim to send you instructions for access to everything online but that’s beside the point. I did not wish to attend, or receive the materials and most certainly did not access any of their online information. If I had gone, they would have then only provided a 50% credit minus other things!

I refuse to pay for a supposed system that costs this much but has virtually no internet presence, no positive reviews or testimonials from creditable realtors, did not do anything personally for my social media accounts as they claimed they would. All they are very good at is enforcing their no cancellation policy.

At this point, I am seriously considering contacting an attorney to see about opening a class action lawsuit, as I'm not the only realtor who has been affected by this.
