Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In Feburary 2011, we lost our beloved Maltese we had for 16 years, 1 month and 23 days.  We treasured her but had to let her go as she was fading fast.  This is where Ray Smith comes in.  I was referred to him by a lady I met.  We called him that July, the 25th. of 2011.  On that Sunday the 31st of July we made arrangements to drive to Birmingham where his tanning salon was located at 230 Doug Baker Blvd., there we saw 3 puppies he was holding for us to look at.  We choose our little girl and he then held her till we were on our way back to pick her up, August the 5th.

This is where the story starts.  Her papers had a ladies name on them.  A few days later I called this person after looking up her name on people search.  She never called back.  Again this January I tried to deal with Ray Smith and his story didn't add up.  So I once again tried to contact the lady on her papers?  This time she did called me back.  During our discussions we realized our girl may not be hers, even though he has her name on the contract, (papers).  She informed me that they sold the entire litter to this person who said he was buying them for his family because they loved Maltese, but couldn't pay the $500.00 each would she take $300.00.  He then turns around and resells them for $1,200.00, that's what we paided.

This all took place January and February of this year.  This past Friday May 9th, out of the blue, I got a text from Ray Smith telling me he was going through a bad divorce.  That he had 2 litters ready now.  Also the lady that had given me his name was in his salon now buying another Maltese.  I quick sent her an e-mail that night to ask her if I could call her.  She sent me a text the next day, she had brought a friend to his salon the day before to buy a Maltese.  But after they left his salon, she was missing her keys.  So she Google his Premire Mega Tan, looking for his phone number, and found some very disturbing info.  They called the credit card company she had used, told them what they had just read, and said they wanted to bring the dog back.  They told them to just leave the dog if he doesn't return her money and they would handle this.  He did and she got a credit.  The reason they returned the dog was because of this disturbing article they found.  Make sure you look at the date this article was posted.  Please go to www.abc3340.com/story/21087795/owner-of-premier-mega-tan-in-hoover-arrested-for-contributing-to-delinquency-of-minor-animal-cruelty

He is a con artist with no conscious to the depths he effects people and their feelings or pockets, (wallets).  He is in a lot more trouble then just dog cruelty.  I beg anyone reading this ABC story to copy it to all and any sources, like Facebook or a communication media to spred the word of this piece of garbage.

To you who posted on December 26, 2012, I hope you read this and  help me shut this guy down.  I am sorry you got a sick puppy, at least our little girl, all though big and not full bread is well and we love her dearly..

Please help me get this very dishonest person wher he needs to be, under the jail.

Signed,

Mad
