As many of you, we were misled drastically, by the rainsoft rep. that came to our home to test the water. After making this system sound great, and affordable, we decided to go for it. Worst mistake ever. My boyfriend was temporarily laid off (he's a union carpenter, work is not always available) so, we fell behind. Even before we fell behind, it seemed that no matter how many payments we made, the amount owed never seemed to decrease. Now, that we are unable to pay them, they have been phoning people from the list of family and friends they make you give them. We were told this list was to call them ONE TIME and ask if they were interested in a free water test for their home. Then, after they said yes, or no, their phone number would be thrown away, and they would recieve no more phone calls from them. LIE. No matter how many times they were told no thank you, they repeatedly called, and pushed the water test on everyone. Now, they gave the names and numbers to castle credit(they are in charge of the financial part of the scheme), and they call all these people and inform them that we are delinquent in payment, and they need to contact us, and have us contact them. Don't even get me started on the "free 5 year supply" of soaps. HA. This entire system is not worth even half of the fluffed up cost they charge you. These people are misleading and dishonest. Any type of class action suit against them, i'm in, 100%.

It is YOU who freely admitted to NOT paying YOUR bills on time! I see, your shack-up honey loses his job. Why couldn't your shack-up honey get some other job to keep the bills paid? When YOU missed payments, YOU caused late fees and extra interest. They called your references because YOU turned on the collections machine because YOU failed to pay. Since your shack-up honey wouldn't get another job, why didn't you? Of course, now you have all kinds of complaints about the system , complaints which weren't there before you stopped paying your bills. Yep...another page from the "Deadbeat's Handbook". Blame THEM for the collections activities which YOU caused. Find fault with the services or equipment as an immature way to get even. Oh yes, of course, a class action suit is in order just because YOU don't like the consequences of not paying your bills. Grow up and learn some responsibility!!!
